Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as return addresses may vary depending on the fulfillment partner.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the correct return address.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.


To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email Emberandcoast@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and the packaging.


Once we review the issue, we will work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Claims submitted without photo evidence or after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition and packaging.


We also cannot accept returns for items that were purchased on clearance or marked as final sale. This includes gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have (once your return is approved) and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed by our fulfillment partner, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.


If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
