Shipping Policy
Ember & Coast currently ships to U.S. addresses only.
Free standard U.S. shipping is included on eligible U.S. orders. We do not add a separate standard shipping fee at checkout for eligible U.S. orders.
Order processing
All orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery
U.S. delivery usually takes 5-10 business days after processing, depending on the item, fulfillment partner, carrier, and delivery address.
All orders include tracking information when available.
Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
Delays
Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, high seasonal demand, or fulfillment partner delays.
We appreciate your understanding if this occurs.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. You can also contact us at Emberandcoast@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
